good to know how older people regard us younger people in the workplace
it can be super frustrating working with people who have completely different methods of working, ideas of what the manager/managee relationship is, frustrating differences in perspectives and motives. however, we also have endless amount of resources at our fingertips to help bridge those generational gaps. i kind of think its our own responsibility to put enough effort forth to understand those gaps, instead of complaining about them via work gossip, thus getting nothing done in the meantime. I thought this article was really interesting!
